Marketing Manager B2B

The role
We are seeking a 360-degree Marketing Manager with expertise in B2B Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to join our team, focused on driving strategic marketing initiatives within the manufacturing space across EU markets, with a primary focus on Germany. This role involves a holistic approach to marketing, managing the full lifecycle of campaigns across online and offline channels, both directly and through partners. Ideally, you will have experience marketing software products or solutions.

You will play a critical role in increasing market visibility, driving lead generation, and positioning our products and services as industry leaders in computer vision for manufacturing across Europe.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a 360-degree B2B marketing strategy for the EU market, focusing on Germany, across digital and offline channels
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, collaborating with sales to target key accounts (both new and existing) and measure campaign success
  • Organize and manage participation in trade shows and industry events, working with internal teams and external vendors
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including collaboration with the rest of the team on content creation, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid media
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
  • Manage relationship with our PR agency in Germany, ensuring regular presence of the company in the German media across different tiers
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, optimizing strategies to drive engagement and target account engagement
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform marketing strategy, product positioning, and customer segmentation
Minimum Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in running successful multi-channel marketing campaigns in Europe, with a specific emphasis on Germany
  • Strong expertise in planning and executing ABM strategies, targeting key accounts in B2B environments
  • Experience working with channel partners in joint campaigns and marketing efforts
  • Exceptional event management skills, including organizing and managing corporate presence at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level or above) and fluency in German (C2 level, both written and spoken) are required
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working in start-up / scale-up environments
  • Familiar with the fields of robotics, automation or manufacturing
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Additional EU languages are a plus
