As a Senior Research Engineer at micropsi Industries, you will help develop the core technology that drives our groundbreaking machine-learning based robot control system, MIRAI. Together with the rest of our team, you will develop novel approaches at the intersection of neural networks, computer vision and robotics, and bring them all the way to real-world production.

Your interests and skills span from current research in the field of robot learning to practical software development. In other words, you’re not only fluent in navigating the research landscape, but you also know how to create production-ready, deep-learning models with common tools and libraries, and your experience in collaborating with others on larger software projects allows you to bring your ideas to our production codebase. We prize the habits of reading code, learning new things, asking for help and helping others out.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our entire team of software developers, mathematicians, robotics and machine-learning engineers, as well as our product designers and our industrial automation engineers, who will be using the results of your efforts in their daily work.
